Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item to us then you should first contact us on 0161 344 1615.
All our items our fully checked before despatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
They should be returned in the same condition. i.e tags intact, unmarked in any way and free from any perfume, smoke or household smells within 10 days of receipt.
Items that appear worn or damaged in any way will not be eligible for refund.
Return post ages will always be the responsibility of the buyer.
You should ensure that you pay the correct postage and keep receipts. Should the item go astray it will be your responsibility to have the item tracked and/or traced or in the event of loss make a claim for that loss.
