UK delivery

Standard delivery

3–5 business days £5 on orders under £100. Free on orders £100 and over.

Express delivery

1–2 business days £12, any order value.

Click & Collect

FREE

Available on all online orders. We’ll have your order ready to collect from the shop within 2 business days. Collection during shop hours: Monday to Saturday, 11am–3pm.

EU delivery

International Tracked

3–5 Business Days: Flat Rate £20.

USA & Canada delivery

International Tracked

5–7 Business Days: Flat Rate £30.

Rest of the world

We don’t currently offer standard shipping outside the UK, EU, USA and Canada – but if you’ve got your eye on something and you’re further afield, drop us an email at hello@decisionsclothing.com or give us a call on 0161 344 1615. Shipping costs vary too much for us to list a flat rate, but we’re happy to look into it and see what we can do.

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, you must first email us at hello@decisionsclothing.com or call 0161 344 1615 to let us know why.

Everything we send out is checked before dispatch to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition – and we ask that it comes back to us the same way. Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt, with tags intact, unworn and unmarked, and free from perfume, smoke or household smells. Anything that looks worn or damaged won’t be eligible for refund.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure you pay the correct postage and hold onto your receipt – if a return goes astray, tracking or making a claim for loss will be down to you.
