Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item to us then you should first contact us on 0161 344 1615.

All our items are fully checked before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

They should be returned in the same condition: tags intact, unmarked in any way and free from any perfume, smoke or household smells within 10 days of receipt.

Items that appear worn or damaged in any way will not be eligible for refund.

Return postage will always be the responsibility of the buyer.

You should ensure that you pay the correct postage and keep receipts. Should the item go astray, it will be your responsibility to have the item tracked and/or traced or, in the event of loss, make a claim for that loss.

Delivery Options (UK)

Items sold at £55 or less will be dispatched within 24 hours of order using Royal Mail First Class Signed For (£4).

Items sold at over £55 will be dispatched within 24 hours of order using Next Working Day Delivery/Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7).
